Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Germany in discreet, protective packaging, with tracking on every order.

Delivery times

Tracked delivery across Europe and the UK typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and stock status. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

A flat shipping fee is shown at checkout. Free shipping applies from the order values below.

Germany: free shipping on orders from €250.
Rest of the European Union: free shipping on orders from €400.
United Kingdom & Switzerland: free shipping on orders from €350.

Orders containing a peptide pen

Dispatch days

Pre-filled peptide pens leave our German warehouse on Mondays — and on Mondays and Tuesdays for delivery within Germany.

A pen is the most delicate item we ship, and what harms one is time in transit: every extra handover, and every long stand in a depot. Dispatching at the start of the week keeps the parcel moving instead of leaving it sitting over a weekend, so it reaches you before the week is out.

If your basket contains a pen, the whole order ships together on that day.

Pre-filled peptide pens are our bulkiest items and carry a higher free-shipping threshold:

Germany: free shipping on orders from €350.
Rest of the European Union: free shipping on orders from €400.
United Kingdom & Switzerland: free shipping on orders from €750.

If your basket contains a pen, the pen threshold applies to the whole order. The free-shipping progress bar in your cart always shows the threshold that applies to what you have added, and the exact shipping fee for your destination is shown at checkout before payment.

Customs & import

Orders shipped outside the European Union (including to the United Kingdom and Switzerland) may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees levied by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
