Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Germany in insulated, temperature-controlled (cold-chain) packaging, with tracking on every order.

Delivery times

Cooled, tracked delivery across Europe and UK typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and stock status. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

• Germany: free shipping on orders from €250; a standard shipping fee applies below that.
• Rest of Europe & United Kingdom: free shipping on orders from €500; a standard shipping fee applies below that.

Customs & import

Orders shipped outside Europe (including to the United Kingdom) may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees levied by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
