How to check that we are who we say we are
NOVA Labs Europe is the trading name of NOVA Biolabs Europe LLC. We ship research peptides from Germany to the EU27, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Every batch is analysed by an independent laboratory — currently Freedom Diagnostics, Janoshik Analytical, Vanguard, ILS, Uzorak — and the certificate for the batch you receive is published on its product page before you buy, with a link that opens the laboratory’s own record of that test. The purity figure is not ours to assert; it is theirs to confirm.

The certificates name NOVA Labs at nova-biolabs.com — the group's testing account. Each lot is produced and analysed once for the whole group, then divided between its stores, and the European share is what ships from Germany. The batch number on a product page here is the batch number on the certificate; that is the join to check.
Sites with similar names
The only website operated by NOVA Biolabs Europe LLC is www.nova-biolabs.eu. Several unrelated businesses trade under similar names in this sector, on other domain endings. We have no connection to them — no shared ownership, stock, laboratory or staff — and we cannot speak for their products, their testing or their policies.
If you are weighing up a review, a test result or a complaint that mentions a similar name, check which exact domain it refers to before applying it to us. Ours is the one you are reading.
Questions we get asked before a first order
Is NOVA Labs Europe a legitimate supplier?
NOVA Labs Europe is the trading name of NOVA Biolabs Europe LLC, which ships research peptides from Germany to the EU27, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Every batch we sell is analysed by an independent laboratory — currently Freedom Diagnostics, Janoshik Analytical, Vanguard, ILS, Uzorak — and the certificate for the batch you receive is published on the product page before you buy, with a link that opens that laboratory's own record of the test. You do not have to take our word for the purity figure; you can check it against the laboratory that produced it.
All products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption.
Who tests your peptides, and can I verify the certificate myself?
Testing is done by independent third-party laboratories — Freedom Diagnostics, Janoshik Analytical, Vanguard, ILS, Uzorak — not in-house. Each product page shows the current batch number, the test date, the measured purity and the measured content, next to a "Verify with lab" link. That link goes to the laboratory's own website, not to a copy of the document hosted here, so the record you read is the one the laboratory published.
Purity and identity are measured by HPLC and mass spectrometry. Heavy metals, endotoxin and sterility screens are published for the products that carry them.
Why does the certificate name NOVA Labs and nova-biolabs.com rather than this site?
Because it is one batch, tested once. NOVA Labs peptides are produced and analysed as a single lot for the whole NOVA Labs group, under the group's testing account — which is the name and address the laboratory prints on the certificate. The finished lot is then divided between the group's stores, and the share that comes to Europe is what we ship from Germany.
The join between the two is the batch number. The batch shown on a product page here is the batch number on the certificate, and you can read both — ours on the page, theirs on the laboratory's own site. A vial we send you was analysed in that test, not in a test of something similar.
We would rather say this plainly than have you find the difference in domain names and wonder about it. If it matters to you, compare the batch number before you order.
What happens to the certificate when a batch is replaced?
Superseded batches stay published rather than being overwritten, so the certificate for an order placed months ago remains checkable. Every released batch is listed on the Lab Results page with its number, size, test date and measured purity.
Is NOVA Labs Europe the same company as other sites with similar names?
No. The only website operated by NOVA Biolabs Europe LLC is www.nova-biolabs.eu. A number of unrelated businesses trade under similar names in this sector — including sites on other domain endings. We have no connection to them, no shared ownership, stock or testing, and we cannot speak for their products or policies.
If you are checking a review, a test result or a complaint that mentions a similar name, confirm the exact domain it refers to before applying it to us.
Where do orders ship from, and how are they paid for?
Orders ship from Germany with tracked delivery to the EU27, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, in plain unbranded packaging. Payment is by SEPA bank transfer or cryptocurrency; the store does not take card payments. Prices are in euros.
What is your returns position?
Vials and orals can be returned within 14 days while the packaging is unopened and the seal is intact. Pre-filled pens cannot be returned once dispatched, because their contents cannot be confirmed as unhandled after they leave us. If an order arrives damaged or does not match its certificate, contact support and we will put it right.
Still not sure?
Ask us for the certificate of any batch before you order — we would rather answer than have you guess.
