Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit & debit cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), SEPA / bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
What are your shipping times and costs?
We ship from Germany with fast, tracked EU shipping across Europe and the UK.
- Delivery time: typically 2–4 working days.
- Shipping cost: a flat rate shown at checkout — free on orders over €250 within Germany and over €500 across the rest of Europe and the UK.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all 27 European countries and the United Kingdom, dispatched from Germany via fast, tracked courier (about 2–4 working days).
For the UK and other non-European destinations, any import duties or VAT are collected by the courier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure whether a specific product can be imported into your country, please contact us before placing your order.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. We understand the need for privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior label.
How should I store the peptides upon arrival?
Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried), making them shelf-stable for many weeks at room temperature. For long-term storage, keep them in the freezer.
Once reconstituted, refrigerate the vial. With proper sterile technique, you can continue sampling from the same vial for 3+ months — the standard "discard after 28 days" disclaimer is an FDA bacteriostatic labeling requirement, not a reflection of peptide efficacy.

Do you include test certificates with your products?
Yes, each product has a test certificate on the product page specific to the batch. This certificate verifies the chemical purity and content of the peptides, ensuring full transparency and safety in research.
What sizes of peptide packaging are available?
We offer peptides in three packaging sizes: Single Vial Packaging, Four-Vial Packaging (approx. 15% savings), and Ten-Vial Packaging (up to 25% savings).
