• Shipping cost: a flat rate shown at checkout — free on orders from €250 within Germany, from €400 across the rest of the EU, and from €350 to the UK and Switzerland.
• Peptide pens: orders containing a pen ship free from €350 within Germany, from €400 across the rest of the EU, and from €750 to the UK and Switzerland.

Pre-filled pens leave our German warehouse on Mondays — and on Mondays and Tuesdays for delivery within Germany.

A pre-filled pen is the most delicate thing we ship, and what harms one is time in transit — every extra handover, and every long stand in a depot. Sending it at the start of the week keeps the parcel moving instead of leaving it sitting over a weekend, so it reaches you before the week is out.

If your basket contains a pen, the whole order ships together on that day.

We ship to all 27 European countries and the United Kingdom with Tracked Shipping.

For the UK and other non-European destinations, any import duties or VAT are collected by the courier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure whether a specific product can be imported into your country, please contact us before placing your order.

Yes. We understand the need for privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior label.

Yes, each product has a test certificate on the product page specific to the batch. This certificate verifies the chemical purity and content of the peptides, ensuring full transparency and safety in research.

Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried), making them shelf-stable for many weeks at room temperature. For long-term storage, keep them in the freezer.

Once reconstituted, refrigerate the vial. With proper sterile technique, you can continue sampling from the same vial for 3+ months — the standard "discard after 28 days" disclaimer is an FDA bacteriostatic labeling requirement, not a reflection of peptide efficacy.
