Germany & Austria: inside Europe

Both are in Europe single market, so parcels from our German facility arrive as domestic/intra-Europe shipments — cooled, tracked, typically 2–4 working days, with no import customs.

Switzerland: outside Europe customs union

Switzerland is not in Europe customs union, so shipments clear Swiss customs and any duties/VAT are handled on delivery. We ship tracked and cooled; plan for a slightly longer transit window.

Free shipping thresholds

Free delivery applies over €250 within Germany and over €500 across the rest of Europe and the UK; a flat rate is shown at checkout otherwise.
