Germany & Austria: inside Europe
Both are in Europe single market, so parcels from our German facility arrive as domestic/intra-Europe shipments — tracked, typically 2–4 working days, with no import customs.
Switzerland: outside Europe customs union
Switzerland is not in Europe customs union, so shipments clear Swiss customs and any duties/VAT are handled on delivery. We ship tracked; plan for a slightly longer transit window.
Free shipping thresholds
Free delivery applies from €250 within Germany, from €400 across the rest of the EU, and from €350 to the UK and Switzerland; a flat rate is shown at checkout otherwise. Orders containing a peptide pen ship free from €350 within Germany, from €400 across the rest of the EU, and from €750 to the UK and Switzerland.
